The Trustee in bankruptcy of Hyman Cohen challenges the validity of a judgment which dismissed, for lack of jurisdiction, a plenary action brought against the appellees under § 70, sub. e of the Bankruptcy Act, as amended, 11 U.S.C.A. § 110, sub. e,1 (1) to avoid transfers of nonexempt property of the bankrupt alleged to have been made prior to bankruptcy in fraud of creditors and to be voidable by them...
