The action is in trespass to try title, to recover a tract of 100 acres of land in Hardin County, in the southeastern corner of the Frederick Helfenstein Survey. This corner is on Village Creek and from it the boundary of the 100 acre tract runs north 850 varas along the eastern boundary of the Helfenstein Survey, and then turns and extends west a distance of 618 varas.
