Webert, filed a bill of complaint under CL 1948, § 623.82 (Stat Ann § 27.1581), to set aside 2 conveyances of real estate. Both conveyances were made by defendant Lewis G. Webert to defendant Portland Equipment Company, a Michigan corporation, on January 30, 1948.
