This is a suit instituted by Eleanor H. Huffman against Mobile City Lines, Inc., a corporation, to recover damages for alleged personal injuries. The complaint consists of one count in simple negligence and avers that Eleanor H. Huffman was a passenger on a bus of the defendant which was being operated at the time by it as a common carrier. It is alleged that while she was in the act of leaving the bus the driver of the bus so negligently operated...
