This is an action in damages under the death statutes by appellant, as mother and sole heir at law of John Paul Sorgatz, for his alleged wrongful death in an automobile accident. The accident occurred December 7, 1950, at a point on the main highway about one mile south of the city limits of Pocatello. Upon the trial of the cause the jury returned a verdict in favor of defendants and judgment was entered thereon. From such judgment appellant appeals...
