This is an appeal from an order and judgment denying appellant's petition for a writ of error coram nobis.

Appellant was arrested on the evening of February 23, 1949, and on February 28, 1949, was indicted for first degree murder. On March 1, 1949, appellant appeared in person and by attorney before the trial court, was arraigned, and, after being advised of his rights, in compliance with Rule 1-11 of this court, entered a plea of guilty.
