This is an appeal from a final decree of the Court of Record of Escambia County setting aside a purported gift inter vivos.

Gussie Hughes was approximately 72 years of age. She had a physical deformity and had never married. She had been an employee of a telephone company for approximately 40 years. She was very frugal and had accumulated an estate of approximately $33,000, $23,000 of which was represented by stock in the telephone company...
