Ruth Kanatser instituted this action against The Chrysler Corporation to recover damages arising out of an automobile accident. The cause was tried to a jury and a verdict was returned for plaintiff. Defendant seasonably filed a motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and in the alternative for a new trial. Excessiveness of the verdict was not a ground of the motion for new trial.
