This action was brought under Section 33 of the Merchant Marine Act of 1920, 41 Stat. 1007, 46 U.S.C.A. § 688, commonly referred to as the Jones Act, to recover damages for the alleged negligence of Coyle Lines, Inc., which caused the death of Saul Dugas.
