Herbert L. Harding, the owner of eleven building sites in New Orleans (Algiers), which he acquired in the year 1918, in the latter part of 1946 entered into a verbal agreement with one Julius J. Weigel, whereunder Weigel was to construct one or more houses on the land and sell the property after the improvements had been completed. It was agreed that out of the proceeds of the sale of each building site Harding was to receive $2,000 for his land, and...
