GARFIELD, Justice.

The sole question presented upon this appeal is the sufficiency of the evidence to support the verdict of guilty of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in violation of section 321.281, Code 1950, I.C.A. We hold the evidence is sufficient.

Of course we must view the testimony in the light most favorable to the state. See State v. Rutledge, 243 Iowa —, 47 N.W.2d 251, 255; State v. Anderson...
