This suit involves an automobile collision which occurred on September 6, 1951, on U. S. Highway 80 at a point about one mile west of the City of West Monroe.

Graves and Riser filed counterclaims for damages to their vehicles and plaintiff also sought damages for minor personal injuries. After trial there was judgment in favor of plaintiff and against the defendants, Riser, and his insurer, General Insurance Corporation, for the sum of $351...
