This suit was instituted by plaintiffs who are seeking recovery of an undivided onehalf interest in and to a certain described tract of land in Morehouse Parish, Louisiana. After trial there was judgment in their favor, from which defendants have appealed. The appeal was directed to the Honorable the Supreme Court of Louisiana, which declined jurisdiction and transferred the appeal to this Court, 220 La. 481,
