This is a suit in which plaintiffs, husband and wife, claim recovery for property damages and expenditures by the husband and physical injuries sustained by the wife in an automobile-train collision in the City of Monroe, Ouachita Parish, Louisiana. After trial there was judgment in favor of defendant rejecting plaintiffs' demands, from which plaintiffs have appealed.
