On petition of the Landowner-Lessors, the Chancery Court cancelled an oil and gas lease for failure of the Lessees to pay the delay rentals at the time and place designated in the lease; and to reverse the Chancery decree, the Lessees bring this appeal. For convenience, we shall refer to the parties as "Lessors" and "Lessees".
