This suit is in nature of an injunction brought by appellant taxpaying citizens of Dallas County residing within Road District No. 1 to restrain the Commissioners' Court as the governing body of said County and District from carrying out the terms of a contract made with Engineers Koch & Fowler, and from expending funds of the District for services to be rendered by that firm in connection with a $22,500,000 road bond issue; charging invalidity...
