This is an action brought by plaintiff, Charles E. Tabor, against Julia Ford, defendant, wherein plaintiff seeks judgment for rent overcharges (three times the amount of overcharges) and attorney's fees, under the provisions of Section 205 (e) of the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942, 50 U.S.C.A. Appendix, § 925(e), amended June 30, 1944.
