This is an action by the appellees, Carrie Fletcher and her husband, to restore a lost deed that was executed in 1948 by Mrs. Fletcher's aunt, Olive Guyot. By the lost instrument Mrs. Guyot conveyed her homestead in the town of Beebe to Mrs. Fletcher, subject to a life estate reserved by the grantor. Mrs. Guyot died in June, 1950, and this suit was filed against her heirs at law. It was later shown, however, that Mrs. Guyot had left a will...
