Plaintiff brings this action alleging to be the assignee of a chose in action, to wit, a claim for 1/32 of the gas, gasoline and casinghead gas burned, lost or destroyed upon certain premises located in Marion County, Illinois, and for another claim for 1/64 of the gas, gasoline and casinghead gas burned, lost or destroyed upon separate nearby property in Marion County, and for all of which accountability is charged to the defendant.
