This is a case wherein plaintiff, North Kansas City, Missouri, a municipal corporation, sought an injunction against defendant, John Fightmaster. At the conclusion of the trial on July 18, 1950, the case was taken under advisement by the trial court, and on July 19, 1950, the court found that there was no equity in plaintiff's petition, dismissed the same and entered judgment for defendant.
