Appellant Troy Clayton was convicted of burglary and larceny. His punishment was fixed by a jury at two years' imprisonment in the State Penitentiary for the burglary and a like punishment for the larceny. The trial judge commuted the punishment to four years' imprisonment in the Intermediate Reformatory for Boys at Algoa. An appeal was taken from the sentence.
