This is an appeal from a decision of the District Court, sitting in bankruptcy, affirming a referee's ruling that appellants' "Petition for Summary Order for Payment of Dividend" was not within the summary jurisdiction of the court. The petition alleged the following: appellee, an attorney, offered to prepare and file proofs-of-claim for appellants, who were creditors of the bankrupt, without charging a fee therefor, if they would authorize...
