This is a suit by Calvert Fire Insurance Company against The Texas & Pacific Railway Company for damages in the sum of $466.05, being the amount paid by petitioner to its insured, Delta Manuel, for damages caused his automobile when it was in a collision with a work train belonging to defendant.
