The plaintiffs, the Church of God of Decatur, Illinois, a religious corporation, Vernon Spaar, Orville Spencer, and Willard Hake, as trustees, and, individually, as members of the church, and seven other members of the congregation brought an action in the circuit court of Macon County to enjoin the defendants W.G. Finney and Mae Finney, the pastor and associate pastor of the church...
