On October 7, 1946, the defendant, Robert W. Puschman, was indicted in the criminal court of Cook County for the crime of assault with intent to commit crime against nature. He entered a plea of guilty on February 19, 1947, and was sentenced on his plea to imprisonment in the penitentiary for a term of not less than ten nor more than fourteen years, to be confined in said penitentiary...
