This appeal, taken by Riley Allen from an adverse judgment, involves his suit against Cyril Joseph Anderson, Raymond Anderson, and Beatrice Chandler Hills, seeking to have himself judicially declared the owner of and entitled to the undisturbed possession of Lots 7, 8, and 9 of Block 28, Stafford Subdivision, Jefferson Parish, which is occupied by the defendants.
