The conviction is for the offense of aggravated assault with a motor vehicle, the jury having assessed the punishment at a fine of $200.

The evidence supports the verdict and need not be discussed.

Appellant filed a motion for new trial claiming misconduct of the jury and incorporated therein and also attached thereto two affidavits of jurors. The bills recite that the trial judge declined to hear the proffered testimony of jurors...
