This cause involves the constitutionality of House Bill 1200 enacted by the Legislature in 1951. The Bill is known as the Palm Beaches Sanitary District Bill. Under the terms of the bill the corporate limits of the towns of Palm Beach and the City of West Palm Beach constituted the Sanitary District.
