An action was commenced in this Court by plaintiff, as patentee, against the copartnership defendant, as licensee, to terminate a limited license existing between these parties. By virtue of said license the patentee, on November 7, 1949, granted to licensee a limited license to manufacture and sell 100 gross of "Zoomerangs" per month, this allotment being a part of the quantity reserved by the patentee by virtue of a previous license agreement...
