Petitioner, a seaman on respondent's tanker, filed this suit against respondent for recovery under the Jones Act, Title 46 U.S.C.A. § 688, of damages for injuries suffered by him on account of alleged negligence of respondent, and petitioner sued also for maintenance and cure.
