This is an appeal from a judgment in an action brought by the appellees against the appellant under the Fair Labor Standards Act to recover alleged unpaid overtime wages and liquidated damages together with attorneys' fees allegedly due appellees under the provisions of an act of Congress known as the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C.A., § 201 et seq.
