In this suit the plaintiffs, O. T. Staats and F. M. Woolbright, seek to recover from the defendant, H. E. Miller, d/b/a H. E. Miller Oliver Co., damages in the sum of $1500 and the sum of $500 as exemplary damages. The plaintiffs contend that the defendant converted a cotton harvester of the reasonable market value of $1500.
