Callahan, a stenographer in the employ of the New York State Fair Office, Onondaga County, New York, was injured en route to Albany while a passenger in a State-owned vehicle driven by George E. Mireault, a State auditor in the Department of Audit and Control, on loan to the State Fair Office.
