These two cases were by agreement consolidated for the purpose of trial for the reason that they are based on the same automobile accident which occurred on November 27, 1949 at about 4:30 p. m. on La. Highway No. 7, a distance of approximately five miles south of the City of Bogalusa. It is shown that Morris Strug accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Ida V. Strug, just prior to the accident was driving his Buick automobile going south on said highway and...
