This suit arises out of an intersectional collision which occurred in the City of Baton Rouge on December 15, 1949, between the car owned and operated by the plaintiff and a dump truck owned by the defendant Aldon Crain, and insured by the Metropolitan Casualty Insurance Company, the other defendant herein.
