This appeal raises objections to the seizure and proposed sale by the United States of a river barge alleged to belong to appellant.

On April 5, 1951 a libel in personam under the Suits in Admiralty Act was filed in behalf of appellant Zubik against the United States in the District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. The libel asserted that on November 28, 1950 an iron-laden steel barge belonging to American Barge Lines...
