PRICE, Judge.

The indictment in this case contained 3 counts. Counts 1 and 2 charged the defendant with the offense of grand larceny. Count 3 charged that he did buy, receive, conceal, or aid in concealing 289 pounds of seed cotton, one pair of steelyards and five cotton pick sacks, of the value of $38, the personal property of Noah Oliver Helms, knowing that said property was stolen and not having the intent to restore it to the owner, etc.
