Plaintiffs sued Jack Sirkus and wife, Harold Senter and wife, and George W. Olson and wife, to recover the amount of two broker's commissions claimed to have been earned in negotiating an exchange of real estate for defendants. The demurrers of defendants Sirkus and Senter were sustained without leave to amend and judgment was entered in their favor. No judgment has been rendered as to defendants Olson. Plaintiffs appeal.
