This is a will contest by appellant, the only heir at law of testatrix, Hattie T. Hughes, who owned property in and was a resident of Mobile, Alabama, at the time of her death. Theo Little, a niece, was named as executrix and was one of the beneficiaries under the will. She propounded the instrument for probate, but died pending the proceedings and the cause was revived in the name of appellee, as her administrator...
