This is an action for the formation of a drainage or levee district, under provisions of Article 7 of Chapter 79, R.S.Mo. 1939, and acts amendatory thereof, R.S. 1949, § 242.010 et seq. The petition was filed in the Circuit Court of Ripley County, Missouri, July 16, 1949.
