Appellant, The Hamilton Foundry and Machine Company, brought this action against the appellee labor organizations under the provisions of Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, Title 29, U.S.C.A. § 185, for damages caused by an alleged breach of a no-strike provision in a contract between the appellant and the appellees.
