This action was brought at the relation of the Missouri Optometric Association, which is an association of optometrists incorporated under the laws relating to benevolent, religious, scientific, fraternal, educational and miscellaneous associations. The Schneider's Credit Jewelers, Inc. was charged by information in quo warranto with the illegal practice of optometry and the relator sought to have the respondent's corporate charter forfeited....
