The plaintiff, Bert Pritchard, upon a verdict of a jury, obtained a judgment in the Circuit Court of Marion County for $8,500 damages for personal injuries alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the City Lines of West Virginia, Inc., a corporation, and a common carrier.
