The action was instituted by Alice Anderson and her children as heirs of her deceased husband, J. T. Anderson, to recover possession of a tract of land described in the petition and the sum of $3,250.00 for alleged value of its use for the period of 13 years it has been occupied by the defendants. The case was transferred to the equity docket, heard on depositions, and the petition was dismissed by the Chancellor.
