Cecil Combs, Hershel Roberts, William H. Busby, E.W. (Doc) Jones, O.M. Cox, S. Jones and W.O. (Sam) Thompson were charged by an information filed in the county court of Custer county with the unlawful possession of 164 cases of whisky. O.M. Cox was never arrested.
