Dorothy Joe and J. P. Holloway were married in 1944. They had a four year old daughter at the time of their separation in July, 1949. Mrs. Holloway sought a divorce on the ground of cruel and inhuman treatment. She asked for custody of the child and a reasonable allowance for the child's support.
