No. 13296.

190 F.2d 40 (1951)

DETRIO et al. v. BOYLAN et ux.

United States Court of Appeals Fifth Circuit.

June 14, 1951.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

L. K. McIntosh, Moss Point, Miss., R. W. Thompson, Jr., Gulfport, Miss., for appellants.

Amy Burkett, Ocean Springs, Miss., for appellees.

Before HUTCHESON, Chief Judge, and McCORD and RUSSELL, Circuit Judges.

RUSSELL, Circuit Judge.

This appeal presents for review another feature of litigation which has heretofore been before this Court. Boylan, 5 Cir.,
