These are actions to recover for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act. The suit was brought pursuant to the provisions of Section 216, Title 29 U.S.C.A. It is claimed by each of the plaintiffs that he was employed by the defendant, who "operated a motor fuel service station at Highway 40 and Pitman Road, Jackson County, Missouri."
