This is an action to recover possession of a Platt house trailer and for damages for wrongful detention. From judgment in favor of the plaintiff and from order denying new trial, defendants have appealed. Their defense to the action is based upon an alleged contract of sale of the trailer and we are here concerned with the question whether such a contract ever was actually consummated.
