Thomas Andy Kimery, accused by information filed May 12, 1951 in the district court of Marion County, Oregon, with the crime of felony, viz., "threatening injury with intent to extort," was two days later found in Butte, Mont, where he was apprehended by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and charged with unlawful flight in violation of the federal fugitive felony act, U.S.C.A., Title 18, section 1073.
